Payment & Cancellation Terms

An invoice will be issued to you via email once the job is complete and payment must be paid in full by cash, cheque or internet banking within 7 days. 

Should you need to change a scheduled booking, please let us know as soon as possible by email: info@completechimneycare.co.nz. Unfortunately a call-out fee of $50 + GST will be charged if you are not at home at the scheduled time or you cancel less than 24 hours before.
