A reliable business you can trust
Ciaran Fitzpatrick owns and runs Complete Chimney Care. He comes from Ireland; a country rich in chimney heritage, where a working fire is at the heart of every home. He prides himself on his skill and workmanship; a trade he's built over 20 years. He’s also driven by a strong work ethic and a simple and honest approach of working hard, delivering on time and getting the job done.
I love what I do and I take pride in my work. I don’t believe in letting people down.
This attitude translates into happy customers, and at Complete Chimney Care 90% of our new business comes from referrals. We rank #1 in our category on NoCowboys, New Zealand's largest trades & services website. What does that mean? It means we're a business you can trust.

Meet the team
You'll be excused if you fall in love with Ciaran's accent - most people do. This native Irishman traded in the perfect pint to explore the world and make New Zealand home. His passion for life revolves around people, good conversation and sharing a joke or two. When he's not at work, or walking the dogs, he's in his other happy place ... the kitchen, creating culinary masterpieces and releasing his inner Keith Floyd.

Aaron epitomises laid-back Canadian cool. He joined our small team a number of years ago and instantly became a customer favourite. He's upbeat and positive and an all-round-nice-guy. He's also very good at his job. If your chimney's not safe to use, he won't miss it! Your safety is his biggest concern. No doubt aboot it - we love him and so do our customers. When he's not cleaning chimneys, he's chilling with his base guitar, re-creating Nona's dishes in the kitchen, or hanging with Teddy ... the coolest cat in Auckland.

Trained in International Business and schooled in adventure, Kim manages to balance 'meticulous-planning' with 'on-the-fly adaptability'. She likes to think she’s laid back, but in reality she can’t go anywhere without a spreadsheet. Problem-solving is her thing, and when she’s not juggling diaries in the office or balancing the books, she’s trying to crack Wordle in one. Like Ciaran and Aaron, she loves animals, and her two dogs, Murphy and Charlotte, are her world. She also loves gin.

Born and bred in Auckland, Tina adds a welcome dose of kiwi-can-do attitude to our team. As well as being the friendly, first-point-of-contact for our customers, she's our 'scheduler-extraordinaire', booking in hundreds of jobs a week, without breaking a sweat or losing her cool. Outside of work, she's possibly less 'zen' wrangling two teenage boys, a husband, a lead-reactive dog and a rat-catching cat called 'Sushi'. Like all true-blue kiwi's,Tina loves the great outdoors. She also loves wine.
